Encore Hotel and Casino Opens in Las Vegas

Not fearing the economy and its overcast shadow on all things travel and tourism the newly designed and built 2.3 billion dollar hotel by Steve Wynn has opened its doors this week, with Monday being the first official day of operations.

With only suites throughout the entire building the prices will need to remain competitive during these trying times in order for Steve Wynn to have any remote chance of filling any or all the 2,034 suites that the new hotel and casino has to offer.

When asked, Steve Wynn says that he has a different approach to business than the rest of the competition in Las Vegas. He says that cutting jobs and hours for his employees would only be the last resort in his case and he much rather lower room rates and see more traffic coming through the casino and hotel rather than let his employees go.

The new hotel is a replica of the first Wynn tower with everything just a little better than the last. The hotel promises even better service, newer rooms and everything that is absolutely top of the line that the customers can ever imagine.

Las Vegas is hoping that the new Wynn tower will share some of its good fortune and bring new luck to the city that’s seen its share of bad cards recently. Latest numbers of visitors and tourism is the worst the city has seen in over ten years time.
