Motley Crue To Set Up Shop In Vegas

Coming to Las Vegas in 2012, Motley Crue will be setting up shop for almost three weeks at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in the first week of February. The band has promised an amazing show that guests won’t soon forget, which they have described as “a psycho circus of heavy metal, pyro and possibly some naked women.”

Motley Crue is Los Angeles-based, and they are a multiplatinum band that has been rocking out for 30 years. The band is in their planning stage of production, and an insider of the band, singer Vince Neil compared the set up to Cirque du Soleil.

In a conference call to announce the series, Vince Neil said “This show is going to be more towards the Cirque-type, over-the-top, full-production thing. We’re really not interested in just going out there and playing songs. We want to make a full-blown interactive show.”

One can’t help but wonder if Motley Crue is pursuing a more interactive lively show because they are in Las Vegas and competing with some stiff competition, including the likes of Elton John, Celine Dion, Shania Twain, Santana, and Rod Stewart? Motley Crue had better bring their A-game, but by the sounds of it, they’ll be offering up an amazing show.

Tickets are on sale now at www.Motley.com. Ticket prices range from $41 to $81, so get your tickets before they’re gone!
