Ultimate Shopping Experience Coming To Las Vegas

It was announced yesterday that Developers of the Tivoli Village shopping center located in Western Las Vegas plan on building a huge mall across the street. The development is called the Las Vegas Renaissance, and the size of this indoor shopping center will be a staggering 700,000-square-feet. The mall will be built across from Alta Drive from Tivoli Village. It is estimated this project will cost $350 million, and be completely constructed in 2015. It will be developed by EHB Companies. Construction of the Las Vegas Renaissance is set to begin next year, after the completion of Tivoli Village Phase II.

Las Vegas Renaissance is part of developer’s plans to link four shopping centers together. It will serve the Northwest Las Vegas area, and include the Summerlin area. By linking the four shopping centers together, the total amount of square feet will be over 3 million.

The four properties are north of Charleston Boulevard, on Rampart Boulevard and are: Boca Park, Las Vegas Renaissance and Tivoli Village phases I and II.

Serving the affluent northwest Las Vegas area, including Summerlin, Renaissance is part of a plan by developers to link four shopping centers totaling more than 3 million square feet.

The properties, all on Rampart Boulevard north of Charleston Boulevard, are Boca Park, Las Vegas Renaissance and Tivoli Village Phases I and II.

Will Las Vegas become more than just a gambling destination, with the ultimate shopping experience taking over? We’ll just have to wait and see!
