It seems that Vegas may actually be picking up in action! Either that is the case or those that are coming to hang out in the city are staying up to the wee hours of the morning! There are many casinos with empty tables for players to join but the popular locations are busier than they have been in a while! It is an interesting turn in events and will be interesting to watch and see what happens as the spring and summer months continue!
Vegas casinos count on players being around all hours which is why they are open around the clock! There is never a day on the calendar that Vegas is closed down! Vegas visitors expect this and often those going to Vegas plan a trip with little to no sleep which is why this is a city that doesn’t sleep! And someone can always find something to do!
Those planning a trip to Las Vegas are normally going there for a short period of time and most trips that are booked with the Vegas hotels are roughly a 3 to 5 day period. In fact, 5 days in Vegas is considered to be a long time as many get very little sleep while they are visiting! But that is what the city is about! Having a great time with your friends, enjoying some gambling, some of the worlds best hotels, some amazing restaurants will chefs that are from all over the globe and of course partying and gambling to your hearts delight!

As the CES show came to an End in the city of Las Vegas many were impressed beyond belief with what the technology sector had up their sleeves! There are so many innovations and new and exciting designs and prototypes that the industry feels completely revitalized and energized for a year of great performances by the tech industry altogether.
One of the major show stoppers was definitely the 3D TV prototype, while not ready to come to market at this exact time it was displayed and tested by many at the show. Technology has come a long way since something like this was tested the first time around and boy have things changed. The level of realism on this TV was surreal according to many that experienced it firsthand. And the tools required for the experience were actually quite comfortable.
There were many other innovations going around at the show as well. There was a big concentration on Apple products such as the iPhone, iPod and iTouch. There was a whole area dedicated solely to accessorizes and innovate for Apple and the display of applications for these handheld devices were completely unreal! Many very practical apps that we are likely to see and experience for download sometime in the very near future.
After a year of recession this show had a record breaking amount of exhibitors and so many great innovative products were revealed. It will be interesting to see what comes to market and doesn’t stay hidden at the Vegas show but stay tuned and you are sure to find out more!

There has been a real halt in the real estate market in the US. Not just in Las Vegas but throughout all of the states actually and we have seen many homes go into foreclosure as well as many vacant properties to people simply abandoning their homes to run away from the financial crisis that they were experiencing.
There is a quite a bit of turnaround happening now and while it will likely take some time, maybe even a few years to stabilize the losses and make sure that those that lost homes are back to where they were a few years ago, it is also moving in the positive direction. Since real estate is still relatively cheap because all the trouble a few months ago, those that do have the capital to put into real estate are making a move right now.
Las Vegas investors and even those that are not in Las Vegas have began to pick up real estate in the city and put money back in. Historically this is a great financial investment. Picking up as much property as they can in good areas that were once very expensive and are now available at a much reduced price and can produce a great return as long as the investors have the capital to hold on to the properties while the market adjusts itself and gets back to par.
Las Vegas isn’t the only city that is seeing these investors coming in to pick up the pieces, there are other cities that have the exact same thing going on but only the future will tell if those people will come out prosperous in the long run! The investors know that any possibility of a great return usually involves some risk.

The cooler weather isn’t bad news though, it’s not exactly cold at all its just a little more refreshing and better temperature for strolling the streets and enjoying what the outdoors in Las Vegas have to offer.
While it is surely nice to enjoy all the swimming pools and the luxurious areas around the hotels, it is also a little hard to visit the grand canyon and other Vegas landmarks because of the extreme heat that had hit the city lately.

So you may know that Las Vegas has some of the world’s best hotels and top rated places to visit. You may also know that the city is currently offering some really amazing rates to stay at these luxury spots. But what you may not know is how you can get access to the best offers at the best prices.
We have done a little research and have found that one of the best methods to be the first to learn about exceptional offers from the top rated hotels is to simply log onto the website of the hotels in question and sign up for email notifications. These emails are sent out periodically and allow those on the list to have access to special sales and promotions that may not be published anywhere else.
Another good way to learn about the best deals is a little trickier, you must visit the hotel and become one there members and receive a players card. Those players that have rated play often get the best promotions and even free rooms with special certificates but in order to qualify you must actually be one of those players!
Our other suggestion would be to prowl the web for deals on travel sites but with so many options out there it is hard to determine which actually the most appealing one to choose is. You may also consider giving the hotel that you are interested in a call to see if they can offer you any specials over the phone! So sign up now and enjoy!

While there are certainly many things to enjoy in Las Vegas one of the best summer attractions has to be the many swimming pools that the city strip has to offer their visitors. From mist spraying at you to cool you off to poolside blackjack tables that satisfy the gambling urge while soaking in some rays! The pools in Las Vegas offer it all and here is a bit about our favourites that you should definitely check out if you plan to be in the Las Vegas area.
The Mandalay Bay Beach: This pool is called the Beach and that is exactly what it is, there is everything that you can ever imagine, including a wave pool and a lazy river and for those that are of age there is even a topless section that you can enjoy. The pool can get very busy especially on the hot days so remember to get there early to reserve a seat.
The Venetian pools are also something that you can write home about. They are full of beautiful people no matter when you are there and there plush lavish lounge chairs that are available for every guest. You can arrange for room service to bring down your own towels and have the seat waiting for you when you are ready.
There is also something to be seen at the mirage! Here you will find so many pools that you wont know where to start. The massive property is basically surrounded by water and it is all there for you to enjoy.
No matter where you go just make sure to bring your bathing suit because you are sure to find a pool or two to enjoy.
